Description

One of the affected province in Visayas is the Pontevedra, Capiz. Many people need help especially on food, clothes, clean water and relief goods. As a survivor myself most of the relief goods were only sent to evacuation centers but there are also people needing it in their respective Barangay's. Not all of the relief goods were distributed properly because you can only get if your names are listed and I feel sorry for those people who are not on those lists. I hope they will also help us and visit inside our Barangay's and not just in evacuation center. Thank You.

CNN PRODUCER NOTE kickmoko says the area of Barangay, Philippines, is in dire need of relief goods and aid after Typhoon Haiyan. He says one of the major problems facing rural areas in the Philippines is that relief goods are making their way to evacuation centers, but not to people in smaller villages. He captured photographs of the area on November 8 that he uploaded to iReport to show the destruction in his area.
