How to add a report on the map

FIRST AIM: SITUATIONAL AWARENESS

Our aim is not to have the max of photos but to give a good situational awareness for relief operations.

So, please focus on locations that are not already covered.

A lot of photos are not added on Tacloban because Tacloban is already well covered at the moment.

SYNTHETIC TITLES:

Write your titles like this " 4 photos of church and convent damages at San Jose, Romblon "

[Number] [type of images] [ severity of destruction] at [location]

Example 1 : 1 video of bridge totally destroyed at Tacloban

Example 2 : 1 photo of roof partially damaged at Santa Fe

Example 3 : 12 aerial photos with houses & infrastructures totally destroyed at Guiuan.

ADD A DESCRIPTION: 

Put date, source and copy and paste text from the source

DON'T FORGET A PHOTO:

"ALWAYS" add several photos on your post. If it's an album, take only the most important photos and people will go to the link to have more information.

LOCATION:

At a city scale, GPS is better (if you can but don't waste your time too much) but city scale is a really good scale for relief. Please, don't add photos if they are just a province location without a better scale. And NO photos without locations, except great maps on Philippines that we put in the sea in the center of the map.
